About the East Lake Family YMCA The East Lake Family YMCA is a full-service, family-centered facility that opened in late 2001. We are adjacent to the new Drew Charter School and just down the street from the Charlie Yates Public Golf Course. Our center offers a spectacular fitness facility, plus programs geared to youth, adults and seniors. We also have meeting rooms for community activities and a computerized learning center.
