Fitness Classes:We offer a wide range of fitness classes for adults, families, seniors, and youth. Our class schedule changes monthly, so please contact us at 404.373.6561 for a current schedule. Classes are offered for day and evening schedules, and we regularly have classes in the following categories:
Swimming Lessons: We also offer swimming lessons for adults and for children in the following age groups: 6-36 months 3-5 years 6-12 years 13 years and older (including adults) Both group and individual lessons are available.
